1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item (for UK customers) or 30 days for international customers.

  • The item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect due to our error.

Please note:
Custom-made, engraved, or sterilized products cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective upon delivery.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at returns@enzogroup.co.uk within the allowed return period.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.

  4. Once approved, return the product to the address provided by our support team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Enzo Group Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.


3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method.

Refunds may be:

  • Full – if the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Partial – if the return is due to customer preference or ordering error (shipping costs may be deducted).


4. Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for the same or equivalent items if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • You received an incorrect item.

To request an exchange, please email returns@enzogroup.co.uk with your order details and photos (if applicable).


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-designed or branded instruments

  • Sterilized or used items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer choice (e.g., wrong size or unwanted product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is caused by our error.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Send photos of the damaged product and packaging to returns@enzogroup.co.uk.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


8. International Orders

For customers outside the UK, the same return principles apply.
However, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, unless the return is due to our error.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times may vary).
