The Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy Instrument Set is a specialized ENT surgical configuration designed to support tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and related oropharyngeal procedures in pediatric and adult patients.
The set combines specialized tonsil and adenoid instruments for oral access, tissue dissection, curettage, excision, hemostasis, retraction and suction. McIvor mouth gags, Barnhill adenoid curettes, Laforce adenotomes, tonsil snares and dedicated tonsil forceps are complemented by fine scissors, needle holders and supporting surgical instruments.

ENT Surgical Configuration: Provides specialized instrumentation for tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and related oropharyngeal procedures.
Oral & Pharyngeal Access: Includes a complete McIvor mouth gag set, Weider tongue depressor and Love uvula retractor for operative exposure.
Adenoid Instrumentation: Includes Barnhill adenoid curettes in multiple sizes, Laforce adenotomes and a Meltzer adenoid nasal punch.
Tonsil Dissection & Excision: Includes Fisher tonsil knife, Hurd tonsil dissector and pillar retractor, White tonsil forceps and Ballenger tonsil sponge forceps.
Tonsil Snaring: Includes Tyding and Sage tonsil snares for specialized tonsillar procedures.
Hemostasis & Clamping: Includes Schnidt tonsil hemostatic forceps in different configurations together with Mikulicz hemostatic forceps.
Cutting & Suturing: Includes delicate curved Metzenbaum scissors and Crile-Wood needle holders with specified tungsten carbide construction.
Suction & Supporting Instruments: Includes a Yankauer suction tube, No. 7 knife handle and Backhaus towel clamps to complement the ENT configuration.
